What age group will it appeal to?

I think the youngest will probably be 15 year old's, because horrors are not usually meant for young audiences due to being to scared  and the films being to violent or gory. I think any age over 15 will be acceptable as an audience. It mostly depends on if those kind of films are what you like to watch; people like different kinds of horrors.

Year 12 Media Studies
22nd September 2014
 Brainstorm the following:
* What GENRE of film do you think you might like to make? Why?
* What might you call your film (you can have more than one idea at this stage and the name you choose may well end up changing later on)
* What help are you going to need to complete your film? Where are you going to find it? (This should include actors and technical support)
* Where are you going to film? Will you need permission?
* What other things are you going to need to consider?
Think about costumes; props; lighting; sound etc.

You might like to create a mind map to record all of these initial ideas.
